Co-founder, Deputy Director and Head of Russian and Post-Soviet Studies of the Center for Strategic and Foreign Policy Studies (Minsk, Belarus). Experienced policy analyst and area specialist (Russia and Eurasia) focusing on political and geopolitical risk analysis, domestic politics and foreign policies of Belarus, Russia and other regional states, Post-Soviet elites.
He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University with a postgraduate diploma in International Law in 2007.
